Other Reminders:
Please remember the pond is for  private use of the owners of the lots located adjacent to the pond.   There is NO common area adjacent to the ponds.  Please check with the owner before accessing their property.
Remember all pets must be contained to an owner's property or otherwise leashed by appropriate physical restraint during recreational outings. (Reference Danville Indiana Code of Ordinances, Title IX: General Regulations Chapter 95.25:  All domestic animals shall be prevented from running at large by their owners, on property other than private property owned or lawfully occupied by their owners, by means of a leash, chain or other appropriate physical restraint.)
Please be a good neighbor by cleaning up pet's solid waste during outings.
Speaking of walking, let's practice safety.  It can be difficult to see pedestrians walking in the street particularly at sunset and in the dark.  Please use our public sidewalks for your safe enjoyment as they are intended.
Trailers and boats are NOT permitted to be stored outside of garages.
Trash containers shall be kept in a place not visible from the street except when refuse collections are being made.
Realtor signs are not to be placed on WOW property at the entrances.  All For-sale and Open House signs should be located on the east side of Washington Street...
Speed limit is 25 MPH and stop signs should always be obeyed.  We have a lot of small children and new drivers in the neighborhood.
